Founded in 1980, Custom Heat is an independent family business that takes pride in putting its customers first and taking care of its 100-strong team. Custom Heat’s head office is located in Rugby, Warwickshire but the company operates across the East and West Midlands and into Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. Its services for home and commercial properties include installations, services and repairs for gas, oil and LPG heating, plumbing and electrical, renewable solutions and air conditioning. The company also offers boiler care plans.
Custom Heat has enjoyed spectacular growth over the past five years, expanding its service area and customer base, and increasing its team by 250 per cent. The company has achieved 56% growth in its last financial year ending June 2022. Furthermore, an emphasis is placed on training the next generation of sector professionals meaning circa 10 per cent of staff are apprentices. The firm is currently recruiting experienced engineers, sales and office staff and is on a trajectory to create another 60 jobs between July and December 2022.
